LUXURY MEETS SPEED
LVMH x F1
Capturing speed and prestige: FACTSTORY at the heart of LVMH x F1 Melbourne
Precision, prestige, performance
The roar of the engines, the electrifying atmosphere, the world’s most prestigious brands converging on one of the biggest sporting stages, Formula 1 in Melbourne was more than a race; it was a showcase of excellence. To bring this moment to life, LVMH entrusted FACTSTORY with an exclusive photographic coverage of its presence at the Grand Prix.
From 13 to 16 March, 2025, our mission was clear: deliver high-quality images in real time, ensuring every LVMH house; from TAG Heuer to Moët & Chandon, had the perfect visual storytelling to match their brand identity. With a streamlined workflow and seamless coordination, we made sure no crucial moment went unnoticed.
A tailored production workflow
To meet LVMH’s high standards and tight deadlines, FACTSTORY implemented a taylor-made workflow:
-
Exclusive Photography: A dedicated AFP photographer covered key moments following a precise brand brief. Additional AFP and Getty images supplemented restricted-access areas.
-
Real-Time Delivery: Photos were instantly transmitted via FTP to the IRIS platform and uploaded to LVMH’s SharePoint.
-
Seamless Coordination: Daily check-ins, real-time adjustments with LVMH via WhatsApp, and collaboration with accredited photographers ensured full coverage.
Bringing the event to life
With up to 200 images delivered daily, FACTSTORY captured every key moment, from the thrill of the race to the elegance of LVMH’s activations. Prioritizing bespoke shots, we curated and organized additional imagery from AFP and Getty for immediate use. Seamless communication through daily debriefs and a dedicated WhatsApp group ensured real-time adjustments. More than photography, this project was about crafting a visual narrative embodying LVMH’s prestige and energy. With a flawless workflow and expert storytelling, FACTSTORY once again proved its ability to deliver world-class imagery, on time and on point.
